Purpose and operator

This is the product-information and inquiry website for the AgenticSMS project, operated by Dor Ben Basat. You can view it without an account. Sending an inquiry does not create a purchase, subscription, confidentiality agreement or commitment to deliver a service.

Product stage and representations

AgenticSMS is in pilot-stage development. The website describes the intended value and direction of the product. Illustrations and sample conversations are concepts, not live analyses or customer results. Product fit, available capabilities, timing, integration scope, responsibilities, pricing and any pilot terms must be agreed separately in writing. We do not promise a particular safety outcome, time saving or commercial result on this website.

Aviation and professional responsibility

The site provides no flight instructions, aircraft release, operational authorization, regulatory approval or real-time emergency service. Product concepts are intended to support qualified safety professionals. Decisions, reporting duties and professional responsibilities remain with the relevant organization and authorized personnel. No regulator approval, certification, military acceptance or universal legal compliance is claimed.

Inquiries and confidentiality

Use the contact form only for a proportionate business, accessibility or privacy inquiry. Do not upload or paste confidential operational records, credentials or unnecessary personal data. Separate confidentiality and processing arrangements are needed before sharing organizational material for a pilot. The Privacy Notice explains website inquiry processing.

Reasonable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, submit malicious code, impersonate someone else, send unlawful content or intentionally overwhelm the form. Access may be limited where reasonably necessary to maintain security or comply with law.

Content and third-party rights

Website branding and original text may be protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Other materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licenses. This site does not claim an exclusive right to descriptive aviation or AI terminology or represent that the project name is a registered trademark.

No affiliation with an airline, manufacturer, regulator or other third party is implied unless explicitly stated and supported.

Availability, accuracy and applicable rights

We work to keep the website useful and accurate, but information can change and interruptions or errors can occur. Contact us if something appears misleading or incorrect. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability or removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory privacy, accessibility and consumer rights. These terms do not grant immunity from legal claims.

Law and contact

Israeli law applies subject to mandatory provisions of any otherwise applicable law. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form.
